Maaxgrow is an AI-powered platform for LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and analytics. The Service includes AI-generated content suggestions, post scheduling, performance analytics, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free Plan: 50 AI credits per month, limited feature access.
- Pro Plan ($29/mo): 500 AI credits, advanced features, credit rollover up to 100.
- Business Plan ($49/mo): Unlimited AI credits, priority support, all Pro features.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
- Violate LinkedIn's terms of service through your use of Maaxgrow.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
6. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you create using Maaxgrow. By using the Service, you grant Maaxgrow a limited license to process and display your content as needed to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership of your AI-generated content.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. Maaxgrow is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content you choose to publish.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Maaxgrow integrates with LinkedIn and other third-party services. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Maaxgrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maaxgrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
